By placing an order through Gallery327.com, you agree to the terms below. This policy ensures expectations are clear and both sides are protected throughout the transaction.
Shipping Overview

Shipping is included for artwork priced under $100 (continental U.S. only).

Artwork priced at $100 or more will have shipping calculated at checkout.

Oversized pieces (typically 48 inches or more) require freight shipping.

International orders: Duties and taxes are not included.
1. General
Every piece sold on Gallery327.com is a one-of-a-kind original. Once it sells, it’s no longer available. In the rare case of simultaneous orders, the first completed purchase will be honored and the other will be fully refunded.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of each item.
Shipping is included for artwork priced under $100 within the continental United States.
For all other pieces, including those priced at $100 or more, the shipping cost will appear during checkout.
Oversized pieces (typically 48 inches or more) require freight shipping, which is also calculated at checkout.
3. Returns
3.1 Change of Mind Returns
We accept returns for change of mind under these conditions:

You email manager@gallery327.com within 7 days of delivery (based on tracking).

We receive the returned item within 14 days of your request (international customers may allow more time based on tracking).

The artwork is unused, professionally packaged, and arrives in resaleable condition.
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility and must be arranged and paid for by the customer.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund within 1–2 business days to your original payment method.
Note:
Original shipping fees are not refundable. This includes all international shipments, freight shipments, and artwork priced at $100 or more.
For artwork priced under $100 where shipping was included, the original shipping cost paid by the gallery will be deducted from the refund if the item is returned.
4. Delivery Terms

U.S. Delivery Time: 2–10 business days

International Delivery Time: 4–22 business days (varies by courier)

Processing Time: Orders placed by 3 PM CDT ship the next business day, unless otherwise noted. Orders are processed Monday–Friday (holidays excluded).
4.1 Address Changes
You can change your delivery address any time before the item ships.
4.2 P.O. Boxes
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
4.3 Military Addresses
We ship to military addresses (APO, FPO, and DPO) using USPS only.
Please note: USPS cannot deliver oversized pieces (typically 48 inches or more). If your order requires freight shipping, we’ll contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a full refund.
4.4 Out-of-Stock Items
Since all artwork is original, out-of-stock errors are rare. If they occur, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
4.5 Delayed Deliveries
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us so we can follow up with the carrier.
5. Tracking
You’ll receive a shipment tracking link by email once your order ships. This will let you monitor your delivery status in real time.
6. Damaged or Lost Parcels
For all artwork priced at $100 or more, a signature is required at delivery.
If the carrier fails to collect a signature and leaves the package unattended, please notify us immediately at manager@gallery327.com. Your cooperation will be needed to open a formal investigation.
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if possible and notify us right away.
If it was left while you were away or accepted on your behalf, please:

Take clear photos of the outer box and any damage

Keep all packaging materials

Email us with details and photos so we can begin a claim
Important:
Damage or loss claims require your participation. We'll guide you through it, but we cannot process claims without documentation.
7. Duties & Taxes
7.1 U.S. Sales Tax
Sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.
7.2 International Orders
Import duties and local taxes may apply, depending on your country. These are the buyer’s responsibility.
If you choose not to pay import fees and the parcel is returned to us, we will refund the price of the artwork only—minus return shipping costs. The original shipping cost is not refundable.
8. Cancellations
You may cancel an order at any time before it ships for a full refund.
Once the item has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible—refer to the Returns section.
9. Shipping Insurance
All shipments are insured.
9.1 Damage Claims
If your item is damaged during transit, we will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. Because every piece sold through Gallery327 is an original and cannot be replaced, your refund depends on the success of the carrier’s investigation.
To move forward with a damage claim:

You must provide clear photos of the damage and the original packaging.

You must respond to any information or documentation requests made by us or the carrier.

If these steps are delayed, it may void the claim or delay your refund.
We cannot issue a refund until the claim is processed. Your full participation is required to ensure that the investigation moves forward and is completed in a timely manner.
9.2 Lost Parcels
If your parcel is officially declared lost after the carrier’s investigation, you’ll receive a full refund.
