Refund & Return Policy

By placing an order through Gallery327.com, you agree to the terms outlined below. These policies are designed to ensure clear expectations for our service while honoring the integrity of original art.


Your Right to a Refund
Your purchase comes with a 7-day return policy for your money back. We do not issue store credit unless it is specifically requested.


Returns Due to Change of Mind Gallery327.com will gladly accept returns for a refund due to change of mind if the following conditions are met:

  • A request to return is received by email within 7 days of the delivery date (as recorded by the carrier). Email: manager@gallery327.com

  • The artwork is received by us within 21 days of the original delivery date (domestic orders). For international returns, longer transit times may be considered based on carrier tracking.

  • Items must be returned in unused, resellable condition, and in professional packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any arrangements for packaging and carrier services.

Once returns are received and approved, refunds will be processed within 24–48 hours to the original payment method. You will be notified via email upon completion.


What Is Not Refunded

  1. International Shipping Fees & Import Taxes
    Refunds apply to the value of the artwork only. International shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

  2. Freight Shipping Fees
    Freight shipping applies to oversized works, typically 48 inches or larger. These large pieces cannot be shipped by standard carriers and require freight service.

  • Gallery327 does not cover freight costs, either to or from the customer.

  • Refunds for returned freight items will include the list price of the artwork and applicable sales tax only.

  • The original freight fee paid by the buyer is non-refundable.

Example: If you purchase a painting for $3,200 USD and the original shipping cost paid by Gallery327 was $624.56, your refund—once the artwork is received in resellable condition—will be $2,575.44 ($3,200 minus $624.56).

  1. Shipping Fees for All Orders
    Shipping fees, whether domestic or international, standard or expedited, are not refundable once your order has been shipped.


Please Note:
Gallery327 is a curated atelier, not a mass-market retailer. Each artwork is handled with extraordinary care, including white-glove packaging and trusted shipping. As a small studio dedicated to original, one-of-a-kind pieces, we are unable to absorb shipping fees in the event of a return. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to offer a pressure-free, high-integrity buying experience—one where art lives with you, not just near you.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

  1. Damaged in Transit
    If your parcel arrives damaged:

  • If possible, reject the parcel with the courier and notify us immediately.

  • If delivery occurred without your presence, contact us at manager@gallery327.com with photos and details.

We will begin a claim with the carrier and process a refund or replacement once their investigation is complete.

  1. Lost in Transit
    If your parcel is lost in transit, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier. Once the package is officially declared lost, we will process a full refund or replacement.
